This game was one of the better showing the Lady Patriots have had all season. Going into halftime the game was tied 25-25, but the Unicoi County Lady Devils were able to pull away in the 4th to put the lady patriots to bed. Scoring for the Lady Patriots looked good, Paulina Hoefer finishing with 17, Kylie Hurley and Sophuie Johnson finishing with ll, Asia Cairnes finishing with 4, and 2 from Addison Holly on the night. For Unicoi County, Allie Lingerfelt had 18, 15 for Faith Bennet, 14 for Noell Farner, and 9 for Haley Rush

Jacob’s Thoughts:
Unicoi County had full control of this game from the start. The Blue Devils went into halftime with a 15 point lead, and only grew it with the remaining 16 minutes. Scoring for Unicoi included, 23 for Kolby Jones, 20 for Jackson Simmons, 13 for Koda Cutlip, 7 for Garrett Sellars, 5 for Mason Hensley, and 1 for Brock Peterson. For East, 11 for Tyler Cross, 10 for Corbin Laisure, 7 for Ethan Donohue, 3 for Ben Lowe, Tom Ridelhuber and Drake Fisher (who exited the game early with an illness), and 4 for Zach Johnson. The Lack of Drake Fisher was felt in this one, and it showed on the overall score.
