Sullivan East Patriots Vs. David Crockett Pioneers
Boys Final Score: SE-66 DC-83
Jacob’s Thoughts:
The Patriots fell in Jonesboro, but did go fighting for most of the game. Crockett came out hot in the first quarter, outshooting the Patriots 28-13 behind phenomenal play from Colin Beason and Reagan Cash. The Patriots also were without senior guard Drake Fisher, who was out of town for an All American Football Game in Tampa Florida, and he was missed. Tyler Cross played well for the patriots leading them tonight in scoring with 25 points, followed by Corbin Laisure with 16, but could not keep up with 35 from Beason for Crockett, who was a scoring machine all night long. Truth be told, these teams do match up with one another very well , but Crockett had home court advantage, and utilized it all night long. In the Girls game Asia Cairnes had a great night, but it was not close for East, one score that is not pretty to talk or write about.
For the Patriots and Lady Patriots, a familiar for in Tennessee High will be seen in Bristol. Both teams will need to bring their A game, as the Vikings are Red Hot.
